Şirketimizin 04.08.2023 tarihinde Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'na yapmış olduğu borçlanma aracı ihraç başvurusu, Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun 05.10.2023 tarih ve 58/1269 sayılı toplantısında olumlu karşılanmış olup Şirketimiz tarafından 1.200.000.000,-TL nominal tutara kadar yurt içinde halka arz edilmeksizin ihraç edilecek borçlanma araçlarına ilişkin ihraç belgesi, ihraç belgesi eki ve halka arz edilmeksizin borçlanma aracı ihracı başvuru formu ekte yer almaktadır.

İşbu açıklamamızın İngilizce çevirisi ekte yer almakta olup, açıklama metinlerinde herhangi bir farklılık olması durumunda, Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir. Kamuoyuna saygıyla duyurulur.

The debt instrument issuance application made by our company to the Capital Markets Board on August 4, 2023, has been approved at the Capital Markets Board meeting held on October 5, 2023, under the decision number 58/1269. Our company will issue debt instruments up to a nominal value of 1,200,000,000 TL domestically, without a public offering. The issuance document, annexes to the issuance document, and the application form for the issuance of debt instruments without a public offering are attached herewith.
