GLOBAL UAV ANNOUNCES RESIGNATION AND APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTORS
VANCOUVER, BC - October 9, 2025 - Global UAV Technologies Ltd. (CSE: UAV, OTC:YRLLF, FSE:1OZ) (the "Company") announces that Andrew Male has resigned as a director of the Company effective October 9, 2025 and that it has appointed Ron Schmitz as a director of the Company effective October 9, 2025.
Mr. Schmitz is the principal and president of ASI Accounting Services Inc., which has provided administrative, accounting and office services to public and private companies since July 1995. Mr. Schmitz has been a director or chief financial officer of numerous public companies since 1997 and currently holds those roles with several public companies.
The Company thanks Mr. Male for his services as a director of the Company and wishes him all the best in his future endeavors.
