01.01.2023 - 31.12.2023 hesap dönemine ait finansal tabloları incelendiğinde;

Türkiye Muhasebe ve Türkiye Finansal Raporlama Standartlarına uygun olarak hazırlanan ve PKF Aday Bağımsız Denetim A.Ş. tarafından denetime tabi tutulan 01.01.2023 - 31.12.2023 hesap dönemine ait finansal tablolarımıza göre 137.784.952,- Türk Lirası tutarında "Dönem Net Kârı" elde edildiği; Enflasyon Muhasebesi düzeltmesi yansıtılmadan VUK'a uygun olarak hazırlanan finansal raporlarda 111.981.106,83 TL tutarında "Net Dönem Kârı" elde edilmişse de VUK hükümlerine göre düzeltilmiş bilançoda dönem net karı bulunmadığından, kar dağıtım yapılamayacağı; Enflasyon Muhasebesi düzeltmesi yansıtılarak Türkiye Finansal Raporlama Standartlarına ve VUK'a uygun olarak hazırlanan finansal raporlarda "Düzeltilmiş Geçmiş Yıllar Zararı" olduğundan, dönem karının geçmiş yıl zararlarına mahsup edileceği hususunda hissedarlara bilgi verilmiştir.
