Net Tangible Asset (NTA) backing per share at 31 October 2021
The unaudited NTA backing per share of the Company at 31 October 2021 was as follows:

The NTA figures shown above are before and after the provision for deferred tax on the unrealised gains in the Company’s investment portfolio. The Company is a long-term equity investor and does not intend to dispose of its total portfolio.
On the 19[th] October 2021 Global Masters Fund announced a prospectus for the issue of listed, redeemable, unsecured convertible notes (GFL Notes). The GFL Notes will provide investors with a listed exposure to a fixed interest rate yield and the possibility to benefit from appreciation in the price of GFL ordinary shares above a Conversion Price of $3.10 through an optional conversion into Ordinary Shares.
