CANCELLATION OF INCENTIVE PERFORMANCE RIGHTS
Established multi-asset West Australian lithium company Global Lithium Resources Limited ( ASX: GL1 , “ Global Lithium ” or “the Company ”) advises of the cancellation of 239,995 employee incentive performance rights, which includes 62,027 performance rights relating to Executive Chair Ron Mitchell. The performance rights lapsed as a consequence of vesting conditions not being met.
Following this announcement, an Appendix 3H for performance rights cancelled and a Change of Interest Notice for Ron Mitchell will be lodged.
