CANCELLATION OF INCENTIVE SECURITIES

Established multi-asset West Australian lithium company Global Lithium Resources Limited ( ASX: GL1 , “ Global Lithium ” or “the Company ”) advises of the cancellation of 4,602,837 employee/director incentive securities, which includes 250,000 performance rights relating to Executive Chair Ron Mitchell. The securities lapsed as a consequence of vesting conditions not being met or being incapable of being satisfied.

Following this announcement, an Appendix 3H for incentive securities cancelled and a Change of Interest Notice for Ron Mitchell will be lodged.
