ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING – CHAIR’S ADDRESS

Good afternoon Ladies and Gentlemen.

Welcome to the inaugural Annual General Meeting of Global Lithium Resources Limited as an ASX listed entity. Global Lithium acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of the land on which the Company operates. In Perth, where we hold our meeting today and conduct a lot of our business, we acknowledge and pay our respects to Whadjuk Noongar people. In the area of our operations, we pay our respects to the Nyamal people, their Elders past, present and emerging. The Nyamal are a coastal people though their traditional lands extend inland from Port Hedland through to Marble Bar and Nullagine. Global Lithium extends our respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

I am very pleased to be here today as this is my first opportunity to speak directly with many shareholders in my role as Chair.

As you know, the year included a very important milestone for Global Lithium as we joined the ASX in May, welcoming a number of new shareholders. What is very pleasing to report on the IPO is that according to independent business news publication Stockhead, Global Lithium was rated in the top six performing ASX listings so far in 2021[1] . A fantastic achievement I am sure you will all agree with me.

Following our very successful IPO and ASX listing, we have been focussed on executing our growth strategy – we’ve drilled 15,000m in RC and diamond drilling campaigns supported by Dr Jayson Meyers and his team from Resource Potentials – a long term exploration partner of GL1. Other key milestones for shareholders of GL1 include acquiring two highly prospective tenements to the south of the Archer Deposit, and the granting of two tenements to our east. Just last month we announced a step-change transaction introducing Yibin Tianyi, the lithium chemical arm of Contemporary Amperex Technology Co Limited (CATL for short) - the world’s largest EV battery producer - as a cornerstone shareholder as part of a heavily over bid $13.6 million dollar placement.

We also welcomed a number of institutional shareholders to the register as part of this placement. I’d like to acknowledge our Joint Lead Managers, Argonaut PCF and Euroz Hartleys, for the efficient manner in which they completed this step-change transaction and introducing additional capital into GL1 which will allow us to step up our exploration campaign in 2022.

Throughout the year we also commenced preliminary metallurgical testwork of core and we continue to monitor and evaluate suitable acquisition opportunities to grow shareholder value.

I would like to make mention of Global Lithium’s activities in relation to safety, the environment, and the communities in which we operate. The company’s stated purpose is “to become a leading lithium company in an environmentally, socially and governance responsible manner for shareholders”. We are very committed to that purpose; it is one of our key goals in evaluating all of our activities and I am pleased to report that we continue to make progress in developing our Sustainability Plan and we look forward to presenting this to shareholders ahead of the 2022 AGM.

We have worked closely throughout the year with the traditional owners of the land, the Nyamal people, and look forward to walking alongside the first nations people and building a lasting relationship in the Pilbara. In terms of safety - employee and contractor safety is a critical priority. We continue to strengthen our processes ensuring robust reporting and safety standards.

Turning now to the year ahead, the Board has a positive view. Consumer driven structural change continues to drive demand for lithium upwards and the global market has constrained supply. While we are optimistic, we take nothing for granted. We will remain vigilant and focused on the key value drivers of our business.

Importantly, your company will commence the CY2022 with approximately A$20 million in the bank and embarking on the company’s biggest ever exploration campaign aimed at growing the size of GL1’s existing Inferred Mineral Resource. Our MD Jamie Wright will expand on this program in his address.

I would like to place on record my sincere thanks to my fellow Board members, our highly supportive shareholders, strategic partners, contractors, and staff for their outstanding efforts during the year.
