The Board announces today that Luke Webster, due to personal commitments, has stepped down from the Company's Board of Directors, effective 31 October 2024. The Company wishes to thank Mr Webster for his contributions during his Board tenure and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
As advised to market on 27 May 2024, The Board are pleased to welcome Amelia Henning as CEO to the Company. Mrs Henning's appointment as a director of the Company is due for shareholder approval at the Global Interconnection Group Limited's AGM scheduled for 14 November 2024.
