Sub: Request for Grant of time for Submission of Audited Financial Results for the year ended 31st March, 2021

Dear Sirs,

We would like to inform you that Karnataka, Kolkata and Chennai are under lock down lockdown since April 2021 as directed and extended by the State Governments due to issue of COVID-19 Pandemic.

Although there have been some relaxations in the lockdown in state of Karnataka and we were making sincere efforts to restore normalcy in the functioning of our Accounts department but as a consequence of the above, our auditor is unable to visit our office at Bangalore and corporate office at Kolkata, it is expected that Statutory Audit would get delayed beyond 30th June, 2021.

In the light of above circumstances, we request your goodself to kindly grant us extension of time for submission of Audited Financial results for the year ended 31st March, 2021 upto 31st July 2021barring the exceptional circumstances i.e. prevailing situation in the country at that time in general and in state of Karnataka, West Bengal and Tamil Naidu in particular.

Meanwhile, if we are able to do it the earliest, then we assure you to submit the financial results at the earliest.
