Sub: Closure of manufacturing activities due to lock‐down extended by the Karnataka Government Ref: Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) 2015

This is further to our letter dated 28.04.2021. This is to inform you that The Karnataka government has further extended the state‐wide lockdown for a period of another two weeks starting from May 10 2021 to combat the dangerous surge of 2[nd] wave of COVID‐19 pandemic cases. So, our manufacturing activities shall be closed since 10[th] May 2021 and shall remain close till the announcement by the state government.
