Notice is hereby given that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015 as amended and as per Company’s Code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by designated person, the Trading window for dealing in shares of the Company remain closes for all designated Employees and directors from 1st July, 2021 till 48 hours after the unaudited financial results of the company for quarter ended 30th June, 2021 is approved by the Board of Directors and filed with Stock Exchange. The date of the Board meeting would be intimated in the due course.

According all designated persons are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
