ITEM 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure

On August 2, 2021, The Glimpse Group, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office has issued patent No. 11095947 to Pagoni VR, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.

A copy of the above-mentioned press release is attached herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
