Correction to Ghim Li Group Pte Ltd Form 604

GLG Corp Ltd ( ASX: GLE , GLG or Company ) advises that there was an error in the Ghim Li Group Pte Ltd (Ghim Li) Form 604 Notice of Change of Interests of Substantial Holder provided to the ASX on Thursday, 2 September 2021.

Under the heading “Present notice” at item 2 on the Form, the “Person’s vote” number was incorrectly shown as 55,560,222 when it should have been shown as 55,560,000. The voting power percentage was shown correctly at 74.98%.

Under the headings “Class and number of securities” and “Person’s votes” at item 4 on the Form, Felicia Gan Peiling’s direct interest was incorrectly shown as 2,222,222 when it should have been shown as 2,222,000.

Attached is an updated Form 604.
