DECEMBER 2009 HALF YEAR EARNINGS UPDATE

GLG Corp Ltd (“GLG” or “the Company”) is finalizing its results for the Half Year to 31[st] December 2009 and writes to provide a summary update as to the likely financial result for this period.

The Company expects to report a Net Profit after Tax for the six month period ending 31[st] December 2009 of between $US5M to $US5.5M.

This includes an operating Net Profit after Tax of approximately $US3.1M plus a potential write back of a previous impairment charge of between $US2.0M and $US2.5M.

The operating profit result is an increase of 57% from the corresponding period (December 2008) result of $US2.01M.

The Company Auditors currently are completing their Half Yearly Review and the Company expects to release the final reviewed financial results toward the end of this week.
