Late lodgement of Final Director’s Interest Notice

GLG Corp Ltd (Company) (ASX; GLE) ACN 116 632 958 refers to the Appendix 3Z for Christopher Chong (Executive Director) which appendix as attached to this notice.

The late lodgment of the mentioned Appendix was due solely to administrative oversight. As soon as the Company became aware of the oversight as part of the review conducted by the incoming Company Secretary, immediate steps were taken to complete and lodge the necessary forms.

Every Director of the Company is aware of ASX Listing Rule 3.19A and their obligations to provide the necessary information to the Company to enable it to meet its disclosure requirements.

The Company is satisfied that it has the necessary reporting and notification policies in place to ensure compliance with its disclosure obligations under the ASX Listing Rules. The Company considers the late lodgement of the Directors notices to be an isolated incident.
