PROFIT GUIDANCE ON THE UNAUDITED FINANCIAL RESULTS FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR ENDED 30 JUNE 2024 (“FY2024”)
GLG Corp Ltd (the “ Company ”) refers to the attached updated “Profit Guidance on the Unaudited Financial Results for the Financial Year Ended 30 June 2024” announcement, which replaces the announcement that was previously released on 30 May 2024.
Management have recommended an update to the preliminary assessment of the Group's unaudited accounts indicating a net loss from between $2.8m and US$3.2m to between US$3.8m and US$4.0m after tax for FY2024, subject to final audit review and/or adjustment if any.
