COMPANY SECRETARY CHANGES
GLG Corp Ltd ( GLG or the Company ) wishes to advise that Mr Geoffrey Stirton has resigned as a Company Secretary, effective immediately.
GLG is pleased to advise that the Company has appointed Ms Jade Cook as Company Secretary to act with the existing Company Secretary, Mr Hasaka Martin.
Ms Cook has experience in a variety of companies in an in-house and outsourced capacity across several jurisdictions. Ms Cook is a Chartered Secretary and an Associate of the Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland and holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Governance
