Resignation of Chief Financial Officer

GLG Corp Limited ( GLG or the Company ) (ACN 116 632 958) advises that Ms Victoria Yong has resigned as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer with effect from 9 August 2021.

The Company’s Financial Controller, Ms Li San Lee will assume the role of Chief Financial Officer on an interim basis until a replacement is found. Ms Lee has accumulated extensive experience in the past 10 years within the Group and has been involved in financial accounting of our marketing arm, manufacturing facilities and our group‘s consolidated accounts.

The Company thanks Ms Yong for her invaluable contribution and efforts to the Company and wishes her the best in her future endeavors.
