CHANGE OF COMPANY SECRETARY AND REGISTERED OFFICE ADDRESS

GLG Corp Limited ( GLG or the Company ) wishes to advise that the Company has appointed joint company secretaries, Mr Hasaka Martin and Ms Marika White, effective 29 September 2021.

Marika is Executive Director of Emerson CoSec, an outsourced company secretarial services provider, and has extensive company secretary experience in the ASX listed space with clients across a variety of industries including technology, finance, mining, energy and luxury goods. She has worked with organisations in both Australian and international markets and previously held an in-house role at Saudi Aramco, the world's largest oil company.

Hasaka has over 15 years’ experience working with listed companies in both internally and through corporate service providers and has work across a number of industries. Hasaka is an appointed Company Secretary for a number of listed and unlisted companies. He is a Chartered Secretary and a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia. Mr Martin holds a Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance and postgraduate qualifications in corporate and securities law.

Ms Rebecca Weir has resigned as Company Secretary, effective 29 September 2021.
