GLG Corp wishes to announce that Shane Hartwig has resigned from the Board of Directors of GLG due to work related commitments in his executive role at Peleton Capital. His resignation was submitted and accepted by the Board and is effective from COB 12 November 2018. It is with great sadness that we see Shane leave GLG, however, the Board would like to thank Shane for his services to GLG Corp and wish him every success in his future endeavors.
