Change of Company Secretary

GLG Corp Ltd (ASX: GLE) wishes to advise that after five and a half years of service, Jo Bourke will cease to be the Company Secretary, effective from 13[th] December, 2016. The Board would like to thank Jo for her period of service and wish her well in her future. It has been our pleasure working with her over the years that she served.

The Board would like to inform you that the Company will have a new Company Secretary, Mr. Alistair Chong with effect from December 14[th] , 2016.
