Director Retirement

GLG Corp Ltd (ASX: GLE) wishes to advise that Ms Surina Gan has notified the Board that she will retire at the conclusion of the AGM to be held on Friday 31 October as she wishes to focus on her young family.

The Board thanks Ms Gan for the significant contribution she has made over the past thirteen years with the company and four years on the Board and wishes her well.
