Board and Committee Changes

GLG Corp Ltd (ASX: GLE) wishes to advise that Mr Ernest Seow has notified the Board of his intention to retire and not seek re-election at the AGM to be held later this year. Additionally, Mr Seow has stood down from his role as the Audit Committee Chairman which allows the incoming Chairman to retain the advice and experience of Mr Seow until the AGM.

Mr Christopher Chong has been appointed as the new Audit Committee Chairman. Mr Chong joined the Board in 2005 and has extensive experience and qualifications.

The Nomination and Remuneration Committee is working to identify a new independent director.

The Board wishes to thank Mr Seow for the significant contribution he has made over the past eight years and wishes him well.
