Change Of Role

GLG Corp Ltd (ASX: GLE) wishes to advise that Ms Surina Gan has notified the CEO of her resignation from the role of Chief Operating Officer/Executive Director in order to focus on her family. The Board has offered Ms Gan a Non-Executive Director position in order to ensure her 13 years of industry knowledge is smoothly transitioned and to provide consultancy to the company. These changes take effect 21 October 2013.
