BOARD AND MANAGEMENT CHANGES

The Board of GLG Corp Ltd (“GLG”) wishes to announce that Mr Eu Mun Leong has informed the Company of his decision to retire. As a result Mr. Eu Mun Leong will resign from both his executive position within GLG Corp Ltd and his position as an Executive Director on the Board effective 20th January 2010.

It is with the deepest regret that the Board accepts Mr. Eu Mun Leong’s resignation. The Board would like to thank him for his contribution to the Company over the past five years and wish him well in his retirement.

Ms Alice Chong will assist in managing the day-to-day operations of GLG Corp Ltd’s Finance and Accounting functions; she is well supported in this role by a strengthened Finance and Administration team. Ms. Chong has been with the Ghim Li Group for over seven years and is currently the Group CFO in charge of Finance and Accounting as well as Human Resources and Administration. Ms Chong played a significant role in providing financial information for GLG’s IPO.

The Board of GLG is also pleased to welcome Ms Surina Gan to the Board of GLG. Ms Gan has been appointed as an Executive Director.

Ms Gan joined Ghim Li Group in July 2001. She began her career as a Management Trainee where she was assigned the task of leading the manufacturing operations. She was promoted to Chief Marketing Officer in 2003 and has continued in that role at GLG Corp Ltd since its listing with responsibility for Sales & Marketing and Merchandising in Singapore, Hong Kong and China. She also plans and implements marketing strategies to identify and expand the customer base and develop business opportunities on a global scale. Ms Gan has been designated as the Chief Operating Officer, and in addition to her original role, she will assume some responsibilities that were held by the Chief Executive Officer. She will manage the dayto-day operations of the group including Product and Business Development, Quality and Technical Control, SCM as well as Sourcing and Procurement. Ms Gan graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Honours) from New York University-Stern in 2001.
