2020 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND CLOSING DATE FOR DIRECTOR NOMINATIONS

GLG Corp Limited (ASX: GLE) ( GLG or the Company ) advises that its 2020 Annual General Meeting will be held using virtual technology at 3.00 pm (AEDT) on Thursday, 26 November 2020 . Further details relating to the meeting will be advised in the Notice of Meeting which will be made available to all shareholders and lodged with the ASX in the coming weeks.

The closing date for the Company’s receipt of any nominations for the position of director at the 2020 Annual General Meeting is 5.00 pm (AEDT) on Wednesday, 15 October 2020 .
