Establishment of New Board Committee and Changes to Board Committee Composition
Dublin/London, 1 July 2021: Glenveagh Properties plc ("Glenveagh" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the establishment of a new Environmental and Social Responsibility Committee (the "Committee") to lead our ambitious plans across the Company's six sustainability pillars, ensuring we deliver homes for people alongside the highest standards of environmental stewardship and responsible business.
The Committee is chaired by Non-Executive Director Camilla Hughes and includes the Chief Executive Officer, Stephen Garvey, the Senior Independent Director, Robert Dix, and Non-Executive Director Pat McCann.
Camilla Hughes is also now appointed as a member the Remuneration Committee.
The composition of each of the Board Committees is fully aligned with the provisions of the 2018 UK Corporate Governance Code and is detailed below.
