Dublin/London, 5 April 2019: Glenveagh Properties PLC(“Glenveagh” or the “Group”)a leading Irish homebuilder listed on Euronext Dublin and the London Stock Exchange announces its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2018 (the "Report and Accounts"), and a notice convening the 2019 Annual General Meeting (the "AGM"), have been posted to shareholders.
The Report and Accounts together with the notice of AGM are available for inspection on the Company's website: https://glenveagh.ie/investors/ and have also been submitted to the UK National Storage Mechanism and Euronext Dublin, and will shortly be available for inspection at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM and at the following address:
