RESULTS OF AGM AND EGM

Dublin & London - 29 June 2018: Glenveagh Properties PLC (GLV ID, GLV LN) ("Glenveagh") a leading Irish housebuilder listed on Euronext Dublin and the London Stock Exchange announces that all resolutions proposed at the Annual General Meeting of the Company were passed. The full text of each resolution was included in the notice of the Annual General Meeting of the Company circulated to shareholders on 13 April 2018 and made available on the Company's website http://glenveagh.ie/.

All resolutions proposed at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company were also passed. The full text of each resolution was included in the notice of the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company circulated to shareholders on 5 June 2018 and made available on the Company's website http://glenveagh.ie/.

In accordance with the Listing Rules copies of the resolutions passed at the Annual General Meeting and Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company have been forwarded to both Euronext Dublin and the UK National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at the following locations:
