Glencore plc (the Company) announces today it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares on the London Stock Exchange from Citigroup Global Markets Limited.

Aggregate number of ordinary shares purchased:	2,121,000
Lowest price paid per share (GBP):	282.75p
Highest price paid per share (GBP):	289.30p
Volume weighted average price paid per share (GBP):	285.64p

The Company will hold the repurchased shares in treasury. Following the above transaction, the Company holds 1,292,409,041 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 11,932,590,959 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares), which corresponds to the total number of voting rights.

This figure for the total number of voting rights may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

These share purchases form part of the Company's existing buy-back programme which is expected to be completed by 6 August 2025, details of which were announced on 19 February 2025.
