In accordance with DTR 3.1.4R(1)(a) GlaxoSmithKline plc ('GSK') was advised on 28 August  2015, of changes in the interests of the following Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR'), following increases in their actual interests and the notional matching element in Ordinary Shares, at a price of £12.98 per Ordinary Share, following the re-investment of dividends paid on Ordinary Shares held in the GSK 2009 Deferred Annual Bonus Plan Post-Tax awards.
