In accordance with DTR 3.1.4 R(1)(c) I give details of changes in the interests of Sir Andrew Witty, an Executive Director, in the Ordinary Shares of GlaxoSmithKline plc ('GSK'). GSK was advised on 19 October 2015 that Sir Andrew Witty's Connected Person acquired 5 GSK Ordinary Shares on 13 October 2015 at a price of 1319.64 pence per Share, following the re-investment of dividends on Shares held within an ISA. The dividend was paid to shareholders on 1 October 2015.
