In accordance with DTR 3.1.4R(1)(a) GlaxoSmithKline plc ('GSK') was advised on  10 April 2015 that the following Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities acquired GSK Ordinary Shares ('Shares') on 9 April 2015, at a price of 1608.68 pence per Share, as a result of the reinvestment of dividends paid on Shares held through GSK's ShareReward Plan (the 'Plan'):
