Sub: Allotment of Equity Shares on exercise of ESOP

This is to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015; the ESOP Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has allotted 850 Equity shares of Rs.1/- each of the Company, fully paid up, on December 21, 2021 to employees on exercise of their Stock Options pursuant to Gland Pharma Employee Stock Options Scheme, 2019.

Consequently, the issued, subscribed and paid-up share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 164,302,723/- comprising of 164,302,723 Equity shares of face value Rs.1/- each
