Sale of SlimFast UK
20 October 2025. Glanbia plc, the Better Nutrition company, (the “Company”) announces that, further to the announcement made on 17 September 2025 regarding the sale of SlimFast US and certain other jurisdictions, it has completed the sale of SlimFast UK, Ireland and certain other jurisdictions to Supreme PLC, an AIM-listed manufacturer, supplier and brand owner of fast-moving consumer goods, for total consideration of approximately $27 million.
