2022 Annual General Meeting

Glanbia plc ("Glanbia", the "Group", the "Company", the "plc"), the global nutrition group, announces that it has today published electronic versions of the Notice of its 2022 Annual General Meeting to be held on 5 May 2022, Proxy Form and related documents on its website, www.glanbia.com/agm.
