On October 1, 2025, Glacier Bancorp, Inc. (“Glacier”) issued a press release announcing the completion of Glacier’s acquisition of Guaranty Bancshares, Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiary Guaranty Bank & Trust, N.A., effective October 1, 2025. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference.
