ACQUISITION OF AGANTO LTD.: GL EVENTS REINFORCES ITS TEMPORARY BUILDING OFFERING IN THE UNITED KINGDOM
GL EVENTS (ISIN: FR0000066672 - SYMBOL: GLO), THE INTEGRATED EVENT INDUSTRY GROUP, ANNOUNCES THE ACQUISITION OF AGANTO LTD., A TEMPORARY BUILDING SPECIALIST IN THE UNITED KINGDOM.
Founded in 1982, Aganto Ltd is a temporary building specialist in the United Kingdom that addresses mainly the public industrial and institutional markets. The acquisition of this key UK specialist will bolster the Group's capacity for growth both in this country and in Europe within a market/business line combination whose operating margin is higher than the Group average. In 2016, Aganto had £5.7 million in revenue with a staff of 26.
All Aganto Ltd. staff will join GL events UK and contribute to its development in the United Kingdom where the Group is already present within this segment with the Spaciotempo brand.
