GK Software AG has finalized the acquisition of the of the " Retail"
business segment of United States based DBS Data Business Systems Inc. This
business segment, which provides products and services in the areas of
Payment Processing, customer engagement and loyalty, was fully acquired as
part of an asset deal.

Both parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price of this
acquisition.
