GK SOFTWARE AG sets new turnover record in the 2013 business year (according to provisional figures) and exceeds the level in the previous year by 50 percent

Schöneck, 17. April 2014, The Management board at GK SOFTWARE AG would like
to advise that the company's turnover reached EUR 42.46 million in the 2013
business year, according to provisional figures. This exceeds the statistic
for the previous year by 49.4 percent (2012 = EUR 28.43 million). The
annual net income including other comprehensive income rose by 46,2 percent
to EUR 1.20 million compared to the previous year. The EBIT increased by
3.3 percent and reached EUR 1.27 million in 2013. Earnings per share amount
to EUR 0.40.

GK SOFTWARE AG hopes to publish its final figures in the form of its
financial statement on 29 April 2014.
