GK Software continues growth in sales according to preliminary figures

Schöneck, 25. November 2014 - GK SOFTWARE AG was able to expand its
turnover by 6.7 percent to a figure of EUR 30.56 million during the first
nine months of 2014, according to preliminary figures; the figure in the
third quarter of 2013 was EUR 28.65 million. The EBIT figure for the period
was -EUR 2.2 million (-EUR 0.70 million in Q3 2013). The EBIT margin
related to sales was -7.3 percent (-2.4 percent at the same time in 2013).

The Management Board continues to expect overall turnover to exceed the
figure for the previous year. However, in a departure from the previous
forecast for the 2014 business year, it is not possible to provide any
earnings margin. This is largely due to the fact that projects, which the
company was expecting to win, have so far been postponed.
