Schöneck, 5. April 2013, The GK SOFTWARE AG Management Board hereby
announces that the company's sales amounted to EUR 28.4 million according
to the provisional figures that are now available for fiscal 2012. The
annual net income amounts to EUR 0.79 million. This results into an EBIT
margin on sales of just 2.8 percent compared with previous year's 21.0
percent, confirming the expected heavy negative development of financial
2012.

GK SOFTWARE AG expects to be able to publish its final figures for fiscal
2012 in the form of its financial statement on 26 April 2013.
