On this morning, the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of GK Software SE, Dr. Philip Reimann, resigned from his office as Chairman and member of the Supervisory Board of GK Software SE with effect from the end of the Company’s next Annual General Meeting. The other member of the Supervisory Board, Mr. Herbert Zinn, also resigned at the same time. Both of these resignations are made solely against the background of enabling the election of replacement candidates at the upcoming Annual General Meeting on June 15, 2022. Mr. Zinn and Dr. Reimann will again run for election as members of the Supervisory Board of the Company .
