The Chairman of the Supervisory Board at GK Software SE, Uwe Ludwig, informed the company today that he is being forced to resign from his position on the Supervisory Board for health reasons with immediate effect.

Mr Ludwig (74) has been a member of the company’s Supervisory Board ever since the firm’s status changed to a joint stock company in 2001. The Management Board would like to thank him for his many years of service for the benefit of the company and wishes him all the very best.

The Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Thomas Beier, will take over the tasks of the Chairman in line with the company’s articles of association and the statutory requirements until the Supervisory Board is able to elect a new chairperson.
