Following the application of the Executive Board of GK Software SE from March 24th, the Local Court Chemnitz decided that Dr. Philip Reimann, attorney and tax consultant, will be appointed as new member of the Supervisory Board and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of GK Software SE.

The appointment will be made at the latest until the end of the Annual General Meeting of the company in 2020, which will then decide on the addition to the Supervisory Board.
