Schöneck, November 1, 2011 - The Supervisory Board and the Executive Board
of GK SOFTWARE AG are pleased to inform that the company could win Mr.
Michael Jaszczyk as CTO and Mr. Oliver Kantner as COO. On November 1, 2011
Mr. Jaszczyk will take over the Managing Board position for Technology and
Development from Stephan Kronmüller who will remain closely connected to
the company as deputy board member. As Director of the GK FutureLab Mr.
Kronmüller will dedicate his energies to the development of future
technologies. The former COO Mr. Ronald Scholz will step down from the
Executive Board with effect from 31th of October. The Supervisory Board and
the Executive Board would like to thank Mr. Scholz for the many years of
committed and excellent service he has given to the company.
