Correction to release of 31 January 2019 regarding acquisition of own shares / primary insider trades

This is a correction of the disclosure published 31 January 2019 at 10:21 CET.

The number of shares allocated to executive personnel as variable pay and

Gjensidige's holding of own shares has been corrected.  28 343 shares have been

allocated to executive personnel as variable pay. Gjensidige now owns 13 447

shares. Allocation to primary insiders as per attachment to the stock exchange

of 31 January is unchanged.
