FSA approval of proposed dividend
The Norwegian Financial Services Authority (FSA) has today approved Gjensidige
Forsikring ASA's application to pay regular dividends of NOK 3,550 million (NOK
7.10 per share) to its shareholders, based on the profit for the 2018 financial
year, in accordance with the proposal from the Board.
The Board of Gjensidige Forsikring ASA will propose the dividend to the Annual
General Meeting on 28 March 2019.
