Distribution of bonus shares according to share savings scheme

Gjensidige has today, 8 March 2018, distributed 46 bonus shares to an employee,

pursuant to the terms of previous years' share savings schemes for employees in

Gjensidige. Bonus shares are allocated without further consideration.

Gjensidige now owns 13,488 own shares.
