Acquisition of Buysure AS completed
Reference is made to the announcement on 11 March regarding Gjensidige's
agreement to acquire Buysure AS (Buysure) and its subsidiary Claims Handling AS.
The transaction is completed today. The purchase price is approximately NOK 430
million.
